Shipping - Standard USPS

Shipping will be applied at checkout.


Merchandise at Heidi Jo Creations is shipped through USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Customer will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.
Due to Covid and the Holiday Season carriers are seeing a record parcel volume. Shipping is taking longer than normal. Please order accordingly. 
If it has been over 10 days since your item shipped please contact us right away at heidijocreations@gmail.com 
Once your package leaves our hands we no longer have control over your package. Heidi Jo Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have any issues with your package please contact the Post Office as they will be able to help you locate your package. 1 (800) 275-8777
If items are returned to Heidi Jo Creations because an incorrect shipping address was provided, the customer will then be responsible for additional shipping cost to reship the order.
Shipping times offered are an estimate only. Delivery times are not guaranteed. There may be delays due to weather, holidays, etc.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. We recommend allowing 7-10 days for your returned item to reach us.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Please include your name and receipt in the return package so we know who to credit the items back to
  • CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED 
  • EARRINGS ARE NON RETURNABLE DUE TO SANITARY REASONS
  • Items must be returned in original condition. Heidi Jo Creations tags MUST still be attached.
  • Returned items must be clear of stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, and foreign smells like food and smoke. 
  • Heidi Jo Creations has the right to refuse any returned items
  • Once Heidi Jo Creations receives the returned merchandise and its confirmed to be in its original condition we will refund your account
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
